Executive Director - OSV Institute for Catholic Innovation
As the Executive Director of the OSV Institute for Catholic Innovation, Jason endeavors to champion a Church on mission that is more curious, more empathetic, more creative, and tenacious enough to take more risks for the sake of the Gospel. In line with the mission of OSV, the OSV Institute encourages and incubates innovative, strategic, and effective Church-related initiatives and activities that help Catholics fulfill their calling to discipleship, strengthen their relationship with Jesus Christ and commitment to the Church, and contribute to its growth and vitality in the world.

Since joining OSV in 2021, Jason has leveraged his broad experience in innovation strategy and impact design with over 50 parishes, dioceses, universities, and non-profit organizations around the country and internationally.

Prior to joining OSV, Jason served as the Director of Youth, Young Adult, and Campus Ministries for the Catholic Diocese of Dallas. His work with parishes, schools, and college campuses focused on aligning ministry practices with a growth-oriented strategy, all while increasing creativity, agility, and responsiveness in leaders and volunteer networks.

Jason holds a Bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University, a Master’s degree from the University of Dallas, and certifications in innovation and human-centered design from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and IDEO.
