Catholic Design Thinking is a collaborative approach that guides Catholic leaders in identifying pain points and brainstorming solutions to complex issues. The Catholic Design Thinking process helped us to recognize things are not always as they appear. Addressing the root of the problem meant listening to the people who we served, valuing their position, rebuilding trust, and deepening relationships. This meant coming up with ideas that stretched our ‘normal’ way of doing things. By going through this process, we have been able to see better with the eyes of Christ, taking new and daring approaches to bringing the Gospel of Jesus Christ to our families.
