Speaking the truth in a way that unites
Our Sunday Visitor serves Catholics at all stages of life as they walk the road of faith. Through thoughtful analysis, faith-filled commentary and inspiring stories, we provide clear answers to the questions people are asking. In our increasingly polarized world, Our Sunday Visitor seeks to speak the truth in a way that unites. Our Sunday Visitor has been a trusted publication for more than a century, and an indispensable source of information and formation for Catholics who love their faith.
Books Catholics can trust
Fr. Noll began printing Catholic books as early as 1912 – it’s part of the OSV legacy. We continue to prayerfully consider each and every title in our line, asking for God to guide us to produce books that will make the most impact on the Church and the world. OSV books cover a wide range of topics for all ages and many can be used for group study and parish faith formation.
RENEW YOUR BOOK CLUB WITH HOPE
A virtual book club is one way that parishes can foster connections with and among their parishioners during this time of physical distancing and help them to grow closer to Christ and his Church. The OSV New Hope Book Club is a collection of books that parishes can use to either start or refresh their book club and meet in an online setting to discuss relevant topics when other forms of in-person fellowship are precluded.
MAGAZINES THAT ACCOMPANY ALL TYPES OF CATHOLICS
The mission of The Priest is to serve Catholic priests by promoting and inviting ongoing human, spiritual, intellectual and pastoral formation. The Priest seeks to build up the Body of Christ by fostering a holy and healthy clergy with strong morale and deep fraternity who will continue the work of Christ with a servant’s heart. Published monthly.
The Deacon is a bimonthly magazine that serves permanent deacons and deacon candidates as they serve the Church by helping them foster intimate communion with Christ the Servant. The Deacon is published six times a year.
OSV Kids delivers fun, trustworthy and faith-filled stories, images and activities designed to help Catholic families with children ages 2-6 build up their domestic churches and live the liturgical year at home.
There’s a pamphlet for that!
In today’s complex world, parishioners have questions. What does the Church teach about today’s hot-button issues? How do I make a good confession? Why do we go to Mass? OSV pamphlets have answers to these questions and many more. Reliable and trustworthy for more than a decade, every one of our pamphlets carries an imprimatur so you can be sure the information is accurate in matters of Catholic teaching and belief. Short and easy-to-read, OSV pamphlets speak to Catholics at every stage of discipleship.
