Ben Bauman

Ben Bauman currently serves as OSV’s Chief Strategy Officer, Head of Product, and Chief Financial Officer. In this role he leads teams responsible for setting OSV’s long-term strategic direction, managing and evolving OSV’s product offerings, and ensuring the financial health of the company. Ben has an extensive background in both strategic and P&L management roles. Prior to OSV, Ben served as USAA’s VP and Senior Strategy Officer for the Technology & Digital organization, leading team’s responsible for the overall strategy of the organization as well as innovation, competitive intelligence, and advanced research, while also serving as executive sponsor for the employee group focused on Accessibility. Ben also spent nearly 8 years at Starbucks Coffee Company, which included leading the company’s industry-leading payment card product in the US & Canada as well as the company’s overall payment strategy, and spent 5 years at Honeywell, serving in a variety of strategy roles across multiple industries and business units. Ben began his career as a tax consultant at Arthur Andersen and holds a CPA certification.
