Patti Maldonado

Executive Director of Latino Strategy
Patricia “Patti” Maldonado joined OSV as Executive Director for Latino Strategy on September 13, 2021. In this newly created position, Patti will help define, lead, and execute all Hispanic/Latino related business for OSV and the Institute to expand the impact of OSV in service to the Catholic community throughout the United States. Patti began her career with General Motors working more than 20 years for the automaker. She held various influential positions and ascended the ranks to a prominent role in Hispanic marketing where she held the important position as Manager, US Hispanic market for GM. Following her career at GM, she joined the Archdiocese of Detroit where she would eventually take on the role as Director of Mission Advancement Operations for the Archdiocese of Detroit where she had overall strategic and operational responsibility for development operations, programs, expansion, and execution of the Archdiocese of Detroit’s mission. Her areas of expertise include strategic planning, leadership, multicultural marketing, public relations, advertising, client relations, and operational management. And her professional and Social/Civic involvement include the Hispanic Women’s Corporation (board member), Hispanic e-Council, National Society of Hispanic MBA, Catholic Press Association, Archdiocese of Detroit Hispanic Women’s Conference Board, appointed member of the Archbishop’s Advancement council, Archdiocesan CSA Steering Committee and Archdiocesan Cathedral Council at the Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament.
