Q. Why do we never hear priests tell us to pray the Rosary daily as Mary told us to do at Fátima?

A. Here’s a reply from TCA columnist Father Ray Ryland, Ph.D., J.D:
Because praying the Rosary can be such a powerful means of intercession, all of us should make use of it. We priests generally have been negligent in not more actively encouraging the praying of the Rosary. Though praying the Rosary is strongly recommended by the Church, we are in no sense bound to use it. The revelation at Fátima is private revelation, and therefore binding only on the person(s) who received it.
