Use this light-bulb pattern from Beth McNamara’s Christian Beginnings, Volume 1, p. 58 to create lots of bulbs for your children. Encourage them to think of ways the world can learn about one another better and get along better. Direct kids to write these ways on a bulb and post on your Around the Globe board (see Activity Two). For example, one bulb could read: Encourage not only kids but adults to have pen pals in another country.
