The Eucharist provides the spiritual strength and nourishment we need to use our gifts and talents in the way God intends. When we come together at Mass, we are instructed by the word of God, nourished by the Body and Blood of Christ, and commissioned to go into the world to love and to serve.
When we use the gifts and talents that God has given us, we find that we are blessed with even more. Jesus assures us, “Give, and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, running over, will be put into your lap” (Luke 6:38).
